Why sailing
On board there are tasks that have to be solved now, and they can only be solved together. Someone steers, someone trims, someone keeps lookout. The roles rotate, and everyone feels what communication and trust mean when the wind picks up.
Formats
Full day - 8 hours
As half day, plus a longer leg towards a goal of your own, lunch in a bay and a structured reflection.
Who
Management teams, project teams, departments of 2-8 people per boat. We have had guests from Sønderborg's largest companies on board.
Practical
We sail from Sønderborg Marina, close to Alsion and the town's hotels. Catering can be arranged. No experience needed.
